At Smooveluxe™, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns for Regular Products:
- Products can only be returned if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
IPL Devices – Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Use your IPL device as directed for 6 weeks.
- If you do not see satisfactory results, you may request a refund within 7 days after the 6-week period, giving a total return window of 49 days from delivery.
- Results may vary depending on skin type and hair characteristics.
Refund Details:
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only.
- Taxes and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Smooveluxe™ Satisfaction Promise
Hair Removal Sprays:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, sprays are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with a valid reason and supporting evidence. We will carefully review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
IPL Laser Hair Removal Devices:
- We stand behind our devices. Use the IPL device as directed for 6 weeks.
- If you feel it has not met your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days after completing the 6-week period.
- Approved refunds cover the product cost, and you may keep the device.
- Results vary depending on individual skin type, hair characteristics, and usage.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and further information.
Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 7–14 days, and a maximum of 18 days in select regions.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally, with each partner carefully selected to meet our standards of quality, safety, and value. Every item is produced in facilities that follow FDA regulations, CDC guidelines, and authorized certifications, ensuring that what you receive is not only effective but also held to the highest standards of excellence.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Orders $65 and above: Free shipping (excludes taxes).
- Orders below $65: Flat rate of $10 (excludes taxes).
