Items are eligible for return only in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect.
IPL Hair Removal Devices are covered by our Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee if you do not see satisfactory results after 6 weeks of consistent use (following the recommended treatment plan), you may request a refund, within 7 days.
We assure you of safe handling and genuine refunds if your return is approved under these conditions. Applicable taxes and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Smooveluxe™ Satisfaction Promise

For hygiene and safety reasons, Hair Removal Sprays are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you aren't satisfied with the results please provide us a valid reason with evidence and we will refund you.

However, we stand fully behind our IPL Laser Hair Removal Devices. If, after 6 weeks of consistent use following our guidelines, you’re not satisfied with your results, we’ll issue you a full refund—and you can keep the device. That’s our Glow Smoove or Go Refunded™ guarantee.

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and further information.

Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 7–14 days, and a maximum of 18 days in select regions.
